All information, data, processes, and methodologies conveyed through the potty training services (“Services”) of Sleep Wise Consulting LLC (“SWC”), this website (“Site”), and all information and/or content conveyed on the Site (collectively, “Content”) is the property of SWC. All Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You will not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Services, the Site, or our Content by your use of the Services or the Site. When you use the Services or the Site, you may access intellectual property rights that SWC, its licensors, or third parties own or license. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, SWC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the Services and to download and print any Content provided by SWC solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services, Site, or Content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms, without the express prior written consent of SWC. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by SWC or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Scope of Services.
Client understands that SWC does not diagnose, prevent, or treat illness, disease, or any other physical or mental condition. SWC does not provide any services or engage in any activities which constitute the practice of medicine or other health care profession under applicable law. Client understands that SWC is not a health care provider and that the Services in no way include the provision of health care advice or services. Client further understands that the Services provided are intended for informational purposes only and for potty training issues that are wholly unrelated to any underlying medical conditions. Client acknowledges that that the services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment and that Client is recommended to seek a licensed health care professional for medical information or advice.
